Hana is clear and supportive and guides you through the moves at a pace appropriate to your skill and capabilities. Each week challenged me to push myself a little further and I was amazed at what my body could do! I have suffered from back problems for some time and Yoga has helped me to strengthen muscles in my back as well as ease tension and niggles.
