Yoga Basics with Hana
Suitable for complete beginners to those who have experience but would like to fine tune their existing practice. We will cover all the basic Yoga postures that build strength and flexibility with a strong focus on correct alignment to really ensure you get the most from your practice. All in a friendly, non competitive and supportive group class.

Online Evening Flow course with Hana
Focus on the alignment of the classical Yoga postures and progressively interlinking them into sequences followed by relaxation. Open level and suitable for all.

Online Morning Flow course with Aya
Energising Saturday morning flow to get your weekend off to an amazing start! Energetic strengthening and stretching yoga postures linked together into a flow. Suitable for all.

Who can join the classes?
Classes are mixed level. If you are completely new to Yoga it is best to join our online Yoga Basics Course, which will be more suitable.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for all including complete beginners to yoga.

How does it work?
What do you need at home for online classes?
- Please see the online timetable and class info below. To purchase your class book via the Pay Pal link.
- You will receive an email with Zoom link for your course.
- Please ensure your phone and other devices/background noise is turned off and kindly ask members of your household to not disturb you during your class.
- Please click the link and it will direct you Zoom. You do not have to join as a member, but may need to download (it will prompt you to do so and takes just a minute, no need to do this in advance)
- If you are using an iPhone or iPad you may need to download the 'App Zoom Cloud Meetings'
- Please ensure your camera and sound is on and your device is fully charged
- You should then be able to see me and hear me! Please note we will all be able to see each other :)
- We will say a quick Hi to each of you and check mat positioning so I can clearly see you and you can see and hear me.
- We will then get started!
What do you need at home for online classes?
- You will need a laptop, iPhone or iPad with a functioning camera and sound.
- Yoga mat and props are good to have, but if not you can always improvise with a blanket for under knees/padding, cushions or books for blocks and scarf for a belt.
- Enough space to lie on the floor (roughly the size of a Yoga mat)
- A blanket to keep you warm for savasana.
