How does it work?
  1. Please see the online timetable and class info below. To purchase your class book via the Pay Pal link. 
  2. You will receive an email with Zoom link for your course. 
  3. Please ensure your phone and other devices/background noise is turned off and kindly ask members of your household to not disturb you during your class.
  4. Please click the link and it will direct you Zoom. You do not have to join as a member, but may need to download (it will prompt you to do so and takes just a minute, no need to do this in advance)
  5. If you are using an iPhone or iPad you may need to download the 'App Zoom Cloud Meetings'
  6. Please ensure your camera and sound is on and your device is fully charged
  7. You should then be able to see me and hear me! Please note we will all be able to see each other :)
  8. We will say a quick Hi to each of you and check mat positioning so I can clearly see you and you can see and hear me.
  9. We will then get started!

What do you need at home for online classes?
  • You will need a laptop, iPhone or iPad with a functioning camera and sound.
  • Yoga mat and props are good to have, but if not you can always improvise with a blanket for under knees/padding, cushions or books for blocks and scarf for a belt. I have put amazon links to equipment below if you would to purchase anything
  • Enough space to lie on the floor (roughly the size of a Yoga mat)
  • A blanket to keep you warm for savasana
Who can join the classes?
If you have attended classes with Hana or other Yoga classes previously that is ideal. Classes are mixed level. If you are completely new to Yoga it is best to join our online Yoga Basics Course, which will be much more suitable. Here is the link to the info: Yoga Basics
Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for all including complete beginners to yoga.

Online Classes Terms and Conditions
Classes are non refundable but transferable up to an hour before the class. Should technical difficulties occur, on either end, we will transfer the class to another time.



Online Morning Flow 8 week course with Aya

Join Aya for invigorating morning flow all the way from NYC!

Focus on building a strong core plus flexibility in flowing sequences, followed by relaxation. Suitable for all. The best way to start the day! Awakening and energising Yoga for the body and mind. This a mixed level class suitable for those who have attended  our regular classes or have experienced in person classes elsewhere.

Online Evening Flow 8 week course with Hana

Focus on the alignment of the classical Yoga postures and progressively  interlinking them into sequences followed by relaxation. Open level and suitable for all.

Yoga Basics 8 week Course with Aya

Build a strong foundation to begin, or improve your practice of Yoga. This intensive course will focus on creating correct alignment, core stability and awareness. A steady and informative class, with time to work on individual poses this course aims to give you the confidence and knowledge to reap the benefits and enjoy Yoga.​
