Living in the city, we can so easily forget and neglect the harmony and beauty of the nature around us. We believe in the importance of staying connected to nature. Even just regular walk through the park can improve our peace of mind and enthusiasm for life. So.......with this in mind we set up some classes! Yoga in Finsbury Park is the oldest of all our classes and this is where Mindful Movements began more than 16 years ago!

Class information:

Please bring your own Yoga mat
For pregnancy Yoga please also bring a blanket
You can book online or pay in cash
Class bookings are non refundable and non transferable

Open level Yoga:

Saturdays 10-11am £12 per class - outdoors in Spring/Summer/Autumn. (indoors in winter)
Sunday 10-11am £12 per class - outdoors only (starting back in 25th May 2025!)

Pregnancy Yoga:
Saturdays 11.15-12.15pm £13 per class - indoors until April 2025

Please use the PayPal link below to book your class or pay in cash on the day.
Meet us at the Athletics track 5 minutes before the time of the class.

How to find Yoga in Finsbury Park

Please meet us at the Athletics track. Checkout the video below for directions. Please arrive 5 minutes early. The nearest station is Manor House. You can also use Finsbury Park station, Haringey or Green Lanes railway.Buses that stop near by: 29, 253, 254, 259, 4, 153, 19.

About Finsbury Park

Finsbury Park is a 46 hectare (115 acre) public park in the London Borough of Haringey. It has a mix of open ground, formal gardens, avenues of mature trees and unsual trees. It was one of the first of the great London parks laid out in the Victorian era. This beautiful and peaceful park is an ideal setting for some mindful movements!
