Yoga in Finsbury Park
Living in the city, we can so easily forget and neglect the harmony and beauty of the nature around us. We believe in the importance of staying connected to nature. Even just regular walk through the park can improve our peace of mind and enthusiasm for life. So.......with this in mind we set up some classes! Yoga in Finsbury Park is the oldest of all our classes and this is where Mindful Movements began more than 16 years ago!
Over the years we have build an amazing community of local people that love being outdoors and enjoying Yoga! Whether you are new to Yoga, or have been practicing for years, or if you are local or visiting from afar, we would love to welcome you to our class.

About Finsbury Park
Finsbury Park is a 46 hectare (115 acre) public park in the London Borough of Haringey. It has a mix of open ground, formal gardens, avenues of mature trees and unusual trees. It was one of the first of the great London parks laid out in the Victorian era. We are so fortunate to have this beautiful and peaceful park as an ideal setting for our community Yoga classes.
