Terms and Conditions
If you have booked and/or attend any event such as classes/courses/workshops/retreats with Mindful Movements we will assume that you have read and agreed with these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement shall be in accordance with English law and supersedes any previous agreement between buyer and seller. The placing of a booking shall include acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Only our terms shall apply and shall not be deemed as forming part of any other contract. No variation or alteration of these terms shall be valid unless approved in writing by Mindful Movements. Mindful Movements reserve the right to alter the specification and/or price or any article without prior notice without incurring any liability. All information presented by Mindful Movements is subject to variation and is for general information only.
Payment
Advanced payment is required for all our classes and courses.Payments can be made via online, bank transfer. There will be a charge on each occasion for any payment when it has to be represented or is initially refused. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at 2.5% per month or part thereof from the date of invoice or supply whichever is earlier. Should it become necessary to take legal action to recover Monies owed all costs incurred (including time, company search and debt collection agency fees) will be added and recovered.
Our Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked or committed to a class/course, it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled number of sessions on the arranged times, dates and locations. All class, course, workshop and private tuition fees are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances. Deposits for Yoga retreats are non refundable. Health and safety
Mindful Movements in not responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings whilst clients are attending its events. By attending our events, you understand your own body's challenges and take full responsibility for your own practice. It is your responsibility to tell your instructor of any injuries or medical issues that may be relevant before the class and keeping them updated throughout the course. If you are unsure whether or not you can participate, please seek the advice of a health proffesional.Participation in any event, class/course/retreat/workshop delivered by Mindful Movements is at your own risk. By attending any form of event you have agreed that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Mindful Movements or any of it's members/instructors/therapists/venues for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Mindful Movements will not be responsible for any act or omission on the part of its clients, members, instructor/therapists/venues.
